What a fantastic stay! The hotel was incredibly clean and cozy, while the staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delightful, and I adored having a full-size fridge and kitchenette. The small basketball court and BBQ grills added a nice touch for extra fun!

Evening socials with snacks were enjoyable and convenient.

The phone in our room didn't function at all. We faced multiple issues with burned-out light bulbs, and cleaning staff didn't have replacements. Additionally, the TV remote was almost unusable, and we struggled without a channel guide, having to rely on my cell phone to call for assistance.

Breakfast options were limited and disappointing.

The pool, grilling area, and evening socials made our stay superb! The laundry was an added convenience we appreciated.

our stay at homewood suites was fantastic! we loved the cozy double queen suite with a full-sized fridge and kitchenette. breakfast was delicious, and having a 24-hour fitness center was a great perk too. the location was perfect for the event we were in town for, making it so convenient. also, it was fun spotting adorable dogs in the hallways!

Also, the staff seemed overwhelmed and not as responsive as I hoped, which added to the frustration. However, once settled in, I enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the facility and appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Housekeeping needed improvement. I found the cleaning inconsistent during my stay. Overall, solid amenities but customer service could use a boost.
